Our Reserve Pear Brandy is single varietal and showcases the rich flavors of the Bartlett pear. We bring in up to 40,000 lbs of pears per year from small farms in Michigan. Bartlett pears are similar to the Williams pear, which grows throughout Germany and Austria. All of the fruit is hand sorted and mashed in the distillery. Fermentation takes three weeks in 100% stainless steel tanks before it is distilled. We use a Column Still imported from Germany to create the distillate.
The Reserve Pear was rested in New American oak barrels from Kentucky for 18 months. The barrels were a combination of toast and char and were blended before the distillate was filtered and bottled.

Pear Fashioned
2 oz Rhine Hall Reserve Pear Brandy
1/4 oz Hopped Honey Syrup
2 Dashes Cardamum Bitters
Stir with Ice | Strain over large ice cube | Express + Insert Lemon Peel
Pear Paloma
2 oz Rhine Hall Reserve Pear Brandy
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
Grapefruit Soda
Build in glass | Fill Glass with Ice | Top with Grapefruit Soda | Salt Rim | Garnish with a Lemon Wheel
Spice Pear Collins
2 oz Rhine Hall Reserve Pear Brandy
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Soda Water
Shake all ingredients except soda water | Strain over ice in a collins glass | Top with soda water | Sprinkle or grate cinnamon over the top
