Mango Eau de Vie

Our Mango is truly Exotic, as it is not a traditional Eau de Vie fruit.  Made from mangoes grown in Central Mexico, and distilled nearby, we are able to capture the full essence of the fruit itself.  The nose is intoxicating and strong with ripe mango flesh, and the spirit leaves a long lasting mango skin flavor on the palate.  It is dry, bright, clean, and works well with a wide range of flavor profiles.

Rhine Hall worked hard to cultivate a like-minded international partner for our production in Mexico. Our Mango is made with the same passion for Eau de Vie we have always had and is distilled in cooperation with partners that bring years of experience and resources to our process. We extract the mango ‘meat’ from the skin and pit, ferment and then distill in their stainless steel alembic still used for Mezcal production. This highly refined process results in an incredible liquid, and we invite you to meet our Mango Eau de Vie.

Nose Ripe Mango , peach, apricot and pineapple

Palate Mango Skin, apple, melon rind and starfruit

Mango Cocktail Recipes

 

Sparkling Spritz

1 oz Rhine Hall Mango Brandy

1/2 Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Sparkling Wine

Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine | Shake + Strain into flute or wine glass | top with bubbles | garnish with berries

Daiquiri

2 oz Rhine Hall Mango Brandy

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz Agave Syrup

4 Drops Hellfire Bitters

Shake + strain into glass   |   No garnish is necessary

Mojito

1 1/2 oz Rhine Hall Mango Brandy

3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

5 Mint Leaves

Soda Water

Combine all ingredients except soda water | Shake + Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice | Top with Soda Water | Garnish with fresh mint
