Fernet Lola
Our Fernet Lola was first released in 2017 in collaboration with Jessica Lambert and Mike Ryan of the Kimpton Gray Hotel for Boleo. Fernet Lola is a fruit brandy based fernet infused with 14 different herbs, botanicals, and spices with regional ties to South America. Our iteration of fernet is a combination of old school methods combined with contemporary practices which results in a well balanced and rounded spirit, which better suits a wide variety of palates and cocktail applications.
In contrast to many fernets on the market, which are built upon neutral grain or beet distillates, Fernet Lola highlights the Landy method of fernet making from Italy. This technique utilizes regional brandy as the base of their fernets.
