Perhaps one of our most beloved experiments to date. The Banana Brandy came to be and then went, as everyone loved it so much and we couldn’t procure more fruit to keep it in stock. We hope to see this spirit come back to Rhine Hall, and bars around the country again soon.
Banana’s are dense and full of life, and make for some interesting spirit making. The team left sticky and sweet after this particular chop day. After balancing brix, and fermenting for 3 weeks it was distilled and left to mature in stainless steel for 9 months. The resulting spirit was everything we could have hoped for and more. We can’t wait for the day we can bring this spirit back to Rhine Hall.
