We’re Hiring! Lead Bartender & Private Event Planner

Job Description:

The responsibility of the Lead Bartender & Private Event Planner is to be the face and first impression for anyone physically visiting the Rhine Hall space.   People come to visit the distillery for a variety of reasons; product engagement and distillery interest (potential buyers or bartenders from cocktail or retail accounts),  bar/distillery experience for tastings, cocktails, tours, events, private and public cocktail classes, and more.  This person will act as the liaison between the owners & the public to ensure the best impression possible.  This person will also be responsible for overseeing  the personnel in our Tasting Room as well as hitting our projected sales goals. The Lead Bartender is tasked to ensure the tasting room is a top destination, where guests are met with the  best customer service, high quality and innovative cocktails, and fun and interactive programming. This person will be required to provide extensive information on the distilling process, and the Rhine Hall story, while being inviting and approachable.

This is a leadership role, and the individual hired will need management experience,  and a strong desire to motivate and educate the tasting room staff. Sales, organization, and time management are critical in this role to hit private event goals, as well as our daily tasting room business sales goals.
